Announcement on the Appointment of the President of the AIAC Court of Arbitration
The AIAC is delighted to announce the official appointment of Dato’ Mary Lim Thiam Suan (Immediate Past Director of the AIAC; Retired Federal Court Judge of Malaysia) as the President of the inaugural AIAC Court of Arbitration with effect from 1st January 2026.
We are confident that Dato’ Mary’s stewardship as the President personifies our resolute commitment to aligning Malaysia's ADR ecosystem with international best standards.
The President, together with Members of the AIAC Court of Arbitration, will be instrumental in upholding transparency, integrity and accountability across all ADR administration and case management processes at the AIAC, thereby reinforcing the AIAC’s credibility, institutional resilience and confidence of the global ADR community.
