AIAC Signs Collaboration Agreement with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center

The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI) have signed a Collaboration Agreement.

The agreement, signed by Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo (Director of the AIAC), represented by Alonso Mayordomo Castilla (Senior International Case Counsel, AIAC) in Manila and Atty. Edmundo L. Tan (President of PDRCI), establishes a basis upon which both parties may explore areas for further co-operation in respect of the use of facilities and services on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provided by both institutions.
