KLRCA Signs MoU with the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC)

The Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

The agreement, signed by Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo (Director of the KLRCA) and Patrick Williams (President & Director of BCICAC), establishes a basis upon which both parties may explore areas for further co-operation in respect of the use of facilities and services on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provided by both institutions.
