KLRCA YPG: Launch of the First Essay Competition

We are delighted to launch the First Essay Competition for Young Practitioners and Students.

1. Eligibility: All members of KLRCA YPG.

2. Topics:

• The KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2017: A Step Towards Improvement of Efficiency
• The Need for the Investment Mediation Rules as a Mechanism to be Employed in Resolution of Disputes Arising from Investment Treaties with Malaysia.

3. Deadline: 1 September 2017.

4. Awards and Prizes:

• The Best Essay: RM3,000 and publication in the KLRCA Newsletter;
• Two Runner-Ups: RM1,500 and publication on the KLRCA website.
