Marking APIEx's first seminar in Malaysia, the event brings together leading arbitrators, practitioners and experts from Malaysia and Singapore to examine the evolving role of expert evidence in construction dispute resolution.

Attendees can look forward to panel discussions on the new SCL(S) Expert Joint Statement Protocol, the practical realities of drafting expert joint statements and contrasting approaches between Party-Appointed Experts and Single Joint Experts.
