The discussion will delve into the evolving dimensions of due process in arbitration, highlighting how procedural fairness and enforceability continue to define the strength and credibility of arbitral proceedings. Aside from exploring how arbitrators can delicately navigate concerns surrounding “due process paranoia”, the panel will offer practical insights on how procedural anomalies, misconduct, fraud or violation of public policy would risk the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
