Datuk Sundra Rajoo's Keynote Speech at the Autumn Conference of Asian European Arbitration Centre (ASEAC) and the European Chinese Arbitrators Association (ECAA)

Last Wednesday, the Director of the AIAC, Datuk Sundra Rajoo, delivered the Keynote Speech for the Autumn Conference of Asian European Arbitration Centre (ASEAC) and the European Chinese Arbitrators Association (ECAA).

The AIAC thanks the organisers for extending this great honour to our Director through the invitation. This conference entitled, "A New Dawn of Arbitration in Asia? Digitization – Supply Chain Risks – Rethinking of Arbitration clauses and venues – Enforcement Challenges" took place in Dusseldorf, Germany. 

Datuk Sundra’s Keynote Speech was focused on the vital topic “Embracing the Dawn: Navigating Opportunities in the Modern Asian Arbitration Landscape”. During his address, he provided an analysis of the challenges faced by the arbitration community in Asia and shared his views on the ways to overcome them.

Despite being delivered virtually, the speech was very well-received, and we are delighted with the feedback received.
