The AIAC is delighted to once again collaborate with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Hong Kong Arbitration Center for a special seminar titled:
 
“Exploring the Frontier of ADR in China and Malaysia”

Venue: AIAC Auditorium, Bangunan Sulaiman, Kuala Lumpur
 
Held in conjunction with the 2025 China Arbitration Week (CAW), the seminar will open with Opening Remarks by Mr. Chengjie Wang, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CIETAC, and Datuk Almalena Sharmila Johan, CEO of the AIAC.
 
This seminar forms part of the ongoing annual partnership between CIETAC and the AIAC, and this year features two engaging sessions:
 
•⁠  ⁠Evolving ADR Legislation, Guidelines, and Practices in China and Malaysia; and
•⁠  ⁠Enforcement of Arbitral Awards in Cross-Border Trade and Investment Disputes
 
The Closing Remarks will be delivered by Mr. Danesh Chandran, Assistant Director of the AIAC.
 
Building on a strong foundation of past joint initiatives, this seminar remains a vital platform for fostering dialogue, knowledge sharing, and promoting regional integration in alternative dispute resolution between China and Malaysia.
