In an era where cross-border disputes are becoming increasingly complex, Islamic arbitration is emerging as a viable and culturally attuned alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism - particularly in sectors such as construction, where contracts often span across various jurisdictions and cultural frameworks. The AIAC has been at the forefront in promoting the integration of Shariah-compliant principles into arbitration, offering tailored solutions through its Islamic Arbitration Rules and the Islamic Standard Form of Building Contract (i-SFC).
 
Building on the significance of our Islamic Arbitration Conferences, this year’s event aims to deepen awareness and offer greater insights into the practical benefits of adopting Shariah-compliant dispute avoidance and resolution products among regional and global users.
