The AIAC’s Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development Workshop Series (“CCD Workshop”) is back again with its second workshop titled “Understanding Loss and Expense Claims in Adjudication.” Featuring an esteemed line up of speakers including Mr. Rodney Martin (Charlton Martin Group), Ms. Rammit Kaur Charan Singh (Victorius Vie Plt), and Ms. Loshini Ramarmuty (Skrine), this workshop will dive into case studies providing key insights into the various claims in Adjudication Proceedings, with an emphasis on Loss and Expense Claims. Ms. Crystal Wong Wai Chin (Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill) will be the moderator.
