The AIAC is pleased to announce the first edition of the 2024 Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development Workshop Series (“CCD Workshop”) titled “Case Law Updates on Adjudication.” Set to take place in March, this hybrid workshop will feature insightful discussions from distinguished speakers on landmark cases in 2023 within the ambit of the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) and the requisite impact on future proceedings.
