Following the announcement that we made last week, the AIAC is delighted to present the first workshop for the 2023 AIAC Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development Workshop Series (“CCD Workshops”).
 
This first session titled; “Recent Case Law Updates in Adjudication” will take place as per the details below:

Participants may choose to pay and attend an individual session or get a discounted fee for all three sessions as depicted in the flyer.
 
This workshop will feature experienced practitioners namely Mr. Kevin Prakash, Mr. Daniel Tan Chun Hao, and Mr. Deepak Mahadevan. The Malaysian Judiciary’s Court of Appeal Judge, YA Dato’ Lim Chong Fong will moderate the session.
