One week to go to our first-ever Insurance Arbitration Workshop in collaboration with ARIAS Asia!
For this inaugural session, the AIAC is proud to present experience speakers from the Insurance Law field.
The Insurance Arbitration Workshop promises to stimulate discussions on insurance disputes in the arbitration realm and vice versa.
The Workshop will take place as follows:

The one-day programme will run in three sessions, each discussing topics including the Insurance and Re-Insurance in Arbitration, Insurance Arbitration Clauses as well as the Drafting of Insurance Arbitration Decisions.
