The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the AIAC are delighted to announce the March edition of the Online Mediation Training Programme (“course”) which is scheduled to take place on 6^th March – 9^th March 2023 (Module 1) and on 13^th – 16^th March 2023 (Module 2).

This practical and intensive course is designed to prepare participants to mediate the most complex disputes to the highest standards concerning land, property, construction and infrastructure matters.
 
This course is recognised by the Civil Mediation Council and the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Additionally, this course is also registered under Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) therein providing participants with the option of joining the SIMI Credentialing Scheme as a SIMI Accredited Mediator Level 1 upon completion of this course.

Further, successful completion of Modules 1 and 2, entitles the participants to apply for admission to the RICS Global Panel of Dispute Resolvers and Expert Witnesses. This would allow participants to be considered for appointment by RICS to act as a mediator.

This course is intended for those in the APAC region and is available at the full price listed below. If you are based in Malaysia and can provide a copy of your Malaysia Identification Card upon booking, or for non-Malaysians, a copy of your work permit, you are eligible to receive the ‘AIAC Discount’ prices below.
