Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop Series 2022: Case Law Update
We have come to the last Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop for 2022 organised by the AIAC Academy in collaboration with CIArb Malaysia Branch.
Titled “Case Law Update”, we have the pleasure of having a distinguished panel of speakers from the Malaysian Judiciary, namely YA Datuk Ong Lam Kiat Vernon, YA Dato’ Mary Lim Thiam Suan, YA Datuk S. Nantha Balan, YA Dato’ Lim Chong Fong and YA Tuan Ong Chee Kwan.
This exciting hybrid session will be moderated by Mr. Lambert Rasa-Ratnam (LHAG) and is scheduled on:

Mode: Hybrid (Physically at the AIAC’s Regent Auditorium, Bangunan Sulaiman or Virtually via the AIAC’s Zoom Platform)

The panel will explore the recent jurisprudence and case law updates with regard to arbitration, as decided by the Malaysian courts and international states. The panel will also discuss key principles and relevant findings in these cases as well as its impact on arbitration proceedings.
