Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop Series 2022: Conduct of Hearings & Witness Examination
The AIAC Academy is pleased to present the sixth instalment of the Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop this year, co-organised with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb Malaysia Branch) titled, “Conduct of Hearings & Witness Examination".

For this workshop, we have an experienced panel of speakers and tutors who will discuss expert witness appointments and procedures, best practices for the management of hearings and witness examinations, as well as explore internationally recognised guidelines and soft law.
