The workshop will provide an overview on the role of mediators and co-mediators in different types of mediations. The speakers for this workshop will be Ir. Harbans Singh K.S (HSKS Dispute Resolution Chambers) and Ms. Rammit Kaur Charan Singh (Victorious Vie PLT), and they will also discuss the enforcement of settlement agreements as well as share useful and practical tips that are relevant to mediation proceedings.
The workshop is open to both legally and non-legally trained individuals and seats are limited based on a first-come first-served basis.
