The speakers, Mr. Rodney Martin (Charlton Martin Group) and Ms. Han Li Meng (Christopher & Lee Ong) will talk about the roles of mediators and co-mediators in different types of mediations as well as the enforcement of settlement agreements.
The workshop is open to the public and individuals who regularly appear and participate in Mediation proceedings are encouraged to attend.
