The AIAC through the AIAC Academy is proud to bring you the first AIAC Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development (CCD) Workshop Series for this year.
 
Scheduled on 26^th February 2022 (Saturday) from 9.00AM to 1.00PM MYT (GMT +8), this first CCD workshop titled, “Recent Case Law Updates on Adjudication Part 1” will see our two distinguished speakers namely, Mr. Daniel Tan Chun Hao (Messrs Tan Chun Hao) and Mr. Kevin Prakash (Messrs Kevin Prakash) discuss recent decisions published by the Malaysian courts and highlight several significant cases that are relevant to the CIPAA landscape.
 
Held in a hybrid setting at the AIAC’s Bangunan Sulaiman and virtually through its Zoom Platform, all individuals who regularly appear and participate in CIPAA adjudication proceedings are strongly encouraged to attend.
 
Registrations are open on a first-come, first-serve basis with a RM65 fee applicable, and completion of the workshop will afford participants with 1 point under the CCD Scheme.
