The workshop will provide an overview of essential elements of mediation as well as other statutory enactments on mediation. The speakers for this workshop will be Ms. Samrith Kaur (Samrith Sanjiv & Partners) and Ms. Louise Jacqueline Azmi (Ravindran and Azmi Chambers) will also share useful and practical tips that are relevant to mediation proceedings.
The workshop is open to both legally and non-legally trained individuals and seats are limited based on a first-come-first-served basis.
