The AIAC is proud to co-organise with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, a training session themed "AIAC INDIA ADR TRAINING INITIATIVE - SUITABILITY OF AIAC ADR SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL DISPUTES on 11th September 2019, in New Delhi.

The training features both lecture and interactive segments and is designed for, practitioners, advocates, in-house counsel and others interested in alternative dispute resolution. The intention is to have an interactive discussion, sharing examples and lessons learned from the various stages of the ADR process from the perspectives of the arbitral institution and the practitioners.
