Manager of Communications and Marketing, AIAC Business Development Department

The Asian International Arbitration Centre (“the AIAC”) is an international arbitral institution focussed on the provision of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. From our humble inception under the auspices of AALCO as an arbitral institution over four decades ago, the AIAC has since evolved into a multi-purpose hub for the ADR community, remaining dedicated to providing the best possible services and innovations in the industry with a strong focus on ADR and an expansion into dispute avoidance and holistic dispute management.

As an international arbitral institution, the AIAC has been accorded independence as well as certain privileges and immunities by the Government of Malaysia for the purposes of executing its functions as a neutral body.
