Arbitration in Flux: Navigating Contemporary Challenges & The Jonathan Yoon Debate Series
The AIAC is excited to share its strategic partnership with MIArb for an event on arbitration and adjudication as below.

This event features two key segments. The first is a panel session titled “Arbitration in Flux: Navigating Contemporary Challenges,” which will explore evolving practices, institutional reforms, and the future direction of arbitration. Speakers include Mr. Sudharsanan Thillainathan (Adnan Sundra & Low), Ms. Rebecca Huang (Weintraub Huang LLP), and Mr. KC Lye (Breakpoint LLC).
This will be followed by the Jonathan Yoon Debate Series on the motion “A Decade into CIPAA 2012: Time for Reform?” moderated by the esteemed YA Dato' Lim Chong Fong (Court of Appeal Judge). The debate will present critical arguments both for and against the need to revisit Malaysia’s statutory adjudication framework. Debating for the motion are Ms. Hor Shirley (Raja, Darryl & Loh) and Mr. P. Gananathan (Gananathan Loh) whereas Mr. Belden Premaraj (Belden) and Mr. Foo Joon Liang (Gan Partnership) are against the motion.
As part of the program, the AIAC's case counsel, Ms. Raagini Sama Sundaram, will deliver a presentation about the AIAC, offering insights into our products, services and role in advancing arbitration and adjudication.
