AIAC Evening Talk Series 2023
 
We are back! The AIAC is pleased to present the first AIAC Evening Talk Series for the year with our guest speaker, Mr. Michael Cover from ArbDB Chambers, to talk about “Mediating and Arbitrating Family, Family Business, Technology and Intellectual Property Disputes”. Joining him will be Ms. Shanti Abraham from Shanti Abraham & Associates.

Mr. Cover will start the session with a brief introduction and drafting of ADR clauses in IP contracts. This will be followed with an arbitrating and mediating dispute discussion in relation to family and family business as well as technology. He will also share some of his 30 years of experience as a Barrister and Solicitor.
