The AIAC and the AIAC YPG are pleased to announce the second session of the AIAC Mooting Workshops 2023, titled, “Get Your Drone Straight: Manoeuvring Procedural Issues in Moot”. Young practitioners and students alike are all invited to participate in this workshop, which will be conducted virtually, via our Zoom platform on Friday, 17^th February 2023 from 8:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. MYT (GMT +8).

For this Session, we are pleased to have Mr. Ooi Huey Miin (Raja, Darryl & Loh), Ms. Crystal Choong (Ditrolic Energy) and Ms. Tan Hui Wen (Skrine) who will discuss selected procedural issues that are commonly found throughout arbitration proceedings, as well as how parties can avoid delays and procedural issues by ensuring the fundamentals are covered during the contracting stage.
