Mooting Workshop
The International Commercial Arbitration Committee (ICA) of YPG is pleased to invite all students and young practitioners to our first Mooting Workshop.
As we are preparing for a number of moots to be held at the premises of KLRCA this year, this Workshop is structured to provide you with a general overview of international arbitration moots and tips on written and oral advocacy.
With the skills you will acquire at this Workshop, you will be able to better navigate any moot problem (or real case), write the corresponding memoranda, and prepare the oral submissions.
This Workshop is open to law students, lecturers and coaches who may be interested to participate or are participants in international arbitration moots. We are also extending this invitation to young practitioners who are interested in improving their advocacy skills in an arbitration setting or practitioners who wish to learn more about the practice of arbitration. The lectures will be offered by coaches and past participants of international moots.
There are no prerequisites for registration (such as participation in a Moot or Pre-Moot), however, seats are limited and assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Register now!
