The First Asian Conference for Students and Young Practitioners
Taking into account a rapidly evolving arbitration scene in Malaysia, Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) takes an approach to focus on knowledge dissemination among young generation of arbitration practitioners from Malaysia, Asia and worldwide. In light of the ongoing transformational changes, the First Asian Conference for Students and Young Practitioners (“Conference”) is aimed to become a platform for discussing the best international and regional practices, as well as for laying out directions for the development of domestic and international dispute resolution.
The Conference is organised by the AIAC Young Practitioners Group and will feature experienced arbitration practitioners and outstanding students sharing their practical and academical experience and ideas. The Conference will be an excellent occasion for the participants, coaches and arbitrators of the 2nd ICC-KLRCA Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, as it is scheduled a day before the competition.
